Il Three Charme Spagna è una bomboniera nel cuore di Roma, ad un passo da piazza di Spagna. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, Il personale impeccabile e gentilissimo, sempre attento ad ogni nostra esigenza o richiesta. La struttura è nuovissima e arredata con gusto, la colazione ricca ed ottima, le stanze molto pulite. un delizioso terrazzo pieno di fiori è sempre a disposizione degli ospiti... insomma ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa! Lo consiglio a tutti!

A LITTLE GEM IN THE HEART OF ROME
The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great location between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Easy walk to all sites of Rome. Also close to train station and easy to get to the airport by train.

LOVELY OASIS OF CALM AFTER A BUSY DAY IN ROME
The facilities were immaculate. Very well kept, clean and attention to details of cleanliness. The staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly, knowlegedable about the area, had suggestions readily available for any activity we inquiried about. The Tree Charme Spagna Hotel is like an oasis of calm and clean in a city that is full of tourists and the crushing rush that goes with the big crowds. Very welcome place after a long day of sightseeing!

FANTASTIC HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF AND EXCELLENT LOCATION
Hotel Tree Charme exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent, breakfast deliciozo :) and the front desk girls were fantastic making sure that my family and I had the best service. Truly a 5 star hotel. Alket (US)
Lovely!
The property is much nicer than as it appears in photos. The location is excellent, on a quiet street away from the crowds. You could walk anywhere very easily. The room is spacious, very comfortable with an excellent shower and air conditioning that worked really well in the 41c heat. Breakfasts were really good and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
